We’re bringing major league excitement to the soccer field with MLS GO, the official youth soccer league of Major League Soccer! Kids ages 5-14 will learn sportsmanship, improve their skills, and build their confidence both on and off the field! Each player receives an MLS jersey, short and socks, included in their registration fee.

While you enjoy a night without the kids, your children will be served dinner and enjoy activities such as swimming, the gymnastics room, and more! Children will need swimsuits and towels for swimming.

State officials have reported an 80% increase in drownings across Missouri this year. It's a hard a number to sit with, but we aren't powerless to protect our families and those we love.

Most drowning incidents aren't about people who never learned to swim; they're often about swimmers who got tired, misjudged how far they'd gone, or froze up when something went wrong. That's exactly what consistent, year-round lessons are built to address — not just "can you swim," but can you stay calm, pace yourself, and handle the unexpected. And while we can't promise that swim lessons will help prevent every water accident, we can promise they build the kind of skill and comfort that gives your family a real advantage.

If it's been a while since your kids have been in lessons (or they've never started), there's no time like the present. Sign up for the next session of swim lessons in person at the Y.
