What if the guidance a young man receives came with a real responsibility to give back? That's the model behind the YMCA Young Men's Leadership Circle โ€” mentorship paired with monthly community service, so participants earn an active stake in the place they live. Every enrollee also receives a free YMCA Youth Membership for the school year.
