We have had some questions regarding the hotel reservations and when we recommend people make them. The short (and predictable) answer is as soon as possible. The rationale for that answer is this: as is often the case, we HOPE that the hotel will add rooms to the block once all of the initial block is reserved. However....fall is a busy time in Nashville. In addition to all of the 'normal' activities, the fall sports are starting up and there are a LOT of loyal fans! Once the schedules start coming out, the hotel rooms will start filling and the chances of the hotel adding to our block when they can rent those rooms for twice that amount..... It is not unusual in the fall for most hotels to be totally filled. So, even if we can add rooms later on, there is no guarantee we will get this much of a discount on the rate!
So make your reservations now-they can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours out- and there is one less thing to worry about!!!
