Wearing a mask isn't just about protecting your health. Wearing a mask is about protecting everyone's health.

If you are asymptomatic of Covid-19, do not know that and are not wearing a mask, there is a much greater chance of you infecting many others even if they are wearing masks.

If you go out in public, Mask Up!

If you know someone who is experiencing abuse, harassment, or harm from their partner, there are many things you can do to offer supportive and empowering assistance:

💜 Take it seriously. If you are concerned about your loved one’s safety, express your concern without judgment. For example, saying something like, “Your situation sounds dangerous and I’m concerned about your safety.”

💜 Support and respect their decisions. Remember that there are risks with every decision a victim of abuse makes. Leaving an abuser immediately may not be the safest option in every situation. Try to respect their decisions (whatever they may be) and still leave the door open to be there for support and help in the future. Even if you don’t agree.

💜 Continue to provide support later. If the victim does decide to leave an abusive partner, don’t assume that they are now completely safe and happy. Leaving an abusive partner can be challenging and your loved one may still need time to get over the loss of the relationship and to adjust to the changes in their life.
