We are deeply honored to announce that Popcorn for the People has been named the recipient of the Ability Transcends Challenges Award 2026 for Philadelphia.
This recognition celebrates the power of competitive integrated employment and the incredible contributions of adults with autism and developmental disabilities who work every day to create gourmet popcorn with purpose.
At Popcorn for the People, ability is not limited by diagnosis — it is defined by skill, dedication, growth, and the belief that meaningful work belongs to everyone. This award affirms the journey we are on together: building true inclusion, career pathways, and a business model where talent thrives.
Thank you to our team members, families, partners, and supporters who make this work possible. Your belief in what people can do continues to move us forward. Check out the full release from the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society.
