Today we are proudly featuring Harinder S. Panaser in our GLO-India Leadership Spotlight. Mr. Panaser is a globally respected business strategist and diplomatic liaison with over 35 years of cross-border leadership spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology, international trade, and public–private partnerships. He is widely recognized for advancing U.S.–India bilateral engagement by facilitating high-level collaboration among government institutions, global corporations, and diaspora leadership.
A former senior leader at GlaxoSmithKline, Mr. Panaser brings deep expertise in FDA-regulated markets, global product launches, brand strategy, and healthcare systems integration. Over the course of his career, he has consistently bridged commercial strategy with geopolitical priorities, helping organizations navigate complex international landscapes and build sustainable growth corridors.
He is the Founder & Chairman of the Global Indian Trade and Cultural Council (USA) and President & Co-Founder of the Global Indian Diaspora Alliance, collectively representing a network of over 18,000 members across five continents. Through these platforms, he leads initiatives that promote trade, innovation, policy dialogue, and cultural diplomacy.
Mr. Panaser has played a pivotal role in convening and curating U.S.–India and U.S.–Arab business and healthcare summits, integrating emerging sectors such as AI, digital health, blockchain, and clean energy into bilateral frameworks. He has also served as a trusted interface between Indian ministries, U.S. policymakers, Fortune 500 companies, and regulatory bodies.
A recognized thought leader and speaker, he has contributed to policy discussions and industry forums across the United States and India, including engagements with leading institutions, trade bodies, and academic platforms.
His contributions have been acknowledged through numerous national and international honors, reflecting a lifelong commitment to leadership, innovation, and global community impact.

As Co-Founder and Co-Chair of GLO-India, and former President of the Rotary Club of Plainsboro and GOPIO Central Jersey, he continues to inspire service, strengthen global connections, and support meaningful community initiatives.

We are honored to feature Dr Tushar B. Patel — a respected public health leader and humanitarian whose work has touched thousands of lives.

Dr. Tushar B. Patel is a distinguished public health leader with over 27 years of service at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served as Chief of Health Care Quality and Risk Management for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In New Jersey, he has led impactful nonprofit initiatives, including providing over 15,000 free health screenings through the Health Camp of New Jersey and advancing plans for a Community Health Center. Widely recognized for his service, Dr. Patel continues to make a lasting difference through his dedication to public health and humanitarian efforts.
