We are proud to share that The McCovic Foundation has been awarded a grant to bring the Freedom To Play: World Cup Experience to life as part of our Juneteenth 2026 Freedom Day Experience! ⚽🌍✨

This initiative is all about celebrating culture, community, and connection through sport—creating an inclusive space where youth and families can come together, play, and experience the global energy of the World Cup right here in our community.

✨ Creative Calm at the Library – September 20 Recap ✨

This past Saturday, our McCovic Foundation family gathered at the Piscataway Public Library for another Creative Calm session. Families—especially those with differently abled children—enjoyed a sensory-friendly, art-filled afternoon of relaxation and connection.

🎨 Families joined us to create guided projects together and received take-home kits to keep the creativity flowing at home. The energy was warm, supportive, and inspiring—proof that art can truly be a bridge to healing and joy.

We’re grateful to our partners and community for showing up and reminding us of the power of calm, creativity, and togetherness. 💛

Our first Creative Calm: Perfectly Imperfect Crafts session is happening right now at the Piscataway Library — and the creativity is flowing! 💫

Families are coming together to unwind, create, and connect through crafts that celebrate imagination, not perfection. 🖍️❤️

This is the first of 3 fun-filled sessions, leading up to a Community Craft Showcase in October where we’ll spotlight the beautiful, bold, and brilliant work of our local creators — big and small!
