📣PCN TEAM SPOTLIGHT!!

Tonight, our spotlight shines on Sara Grigsby❤🔦

Sara's relationship with PCN began on a personal note.

She first came to our Celebrate Recovery Program back in 2018 to support her husband's recovery journey, but she soon found a home there for herself as well to help with her own hurts, habits & hang-ups... such as anxiety, co-dependency, people-pleasing, and most recently.... grief after the loss of her husband in 2020.

Since then, she became involved with more volunteer opportunities at Celebrate Recovery by leading worship, women's small groups, teaching lessons and helping with the women's jail ministry.

She's been a volunteer with PCN as well and was brought on as our Office & Programs Manager this past April.

She has transitioned from a volunteer to the Lead Facilitator for our Celebrate Recovery program, where she utilizes her formal educational background in Psychology & Christian counseling and Christian Ministry Certification.

Born in Seattle, her family moved to Ohio when Sara was four years old and she's called it home ever since.

She enjoys spending time with her three children, walking, hiking and heading to the YMCA. When it's time to go out for dinner, they head to 3 Joe's or The Olive Garden.

Sara's favorite part of being at PCN is being able to help people in need and says her role at our Celebrate Recovery program is very rewarding being able to witness the people's growth.

Thank you Sara for sharing your story. We are so fortunate to have you here and we truly appreciate your heart for our programs and the wellness of our community. 🙏❤

We are SO excited to be able to now offer childcare at our Thursday night meetings!

We’re kicking off August with a new addition to our evening…Childcare will now be available!!! We’re so grateful to the volunteers who are willing to give their time to help with our most vulnerable hearts! 💞

We know its been awhile but we're excited to continue our PCN Team Spotlight Series!!

This week we are shining the light on Krystal Anderson 🔦📣

Krystal lives in Piqua with her fiance and has five children and a dog, Nala.

If she's not working, helping out at her church or helping with her kid's sports, she likes to paint and read. She also enjoys hiking the trails throughout Piqua and Miami County. Her favorite local restaurants are Three Joes and admits she's kinda "obsessed" with the giant potatoes at Bits and Pieces 🥔😋

As the Program Coordinator for PCN, she juggles her time between the office, Edison and the Upper Valley Career Center. She assists her clients & students with writing resumes, reaching their goals, time management, conflict resolution and building professional relationships. Her motto is to be the person for them that she needed when she was in school.

Krystal is also involved in helping Veterans through the VA, CORS, Clothes That Work, and is currently working on several new programs that will be introduced soon.

Krystal joined us as an intern in 2020 and came on board in 2021. She plays a very valuable role in our programs and we are delighted to have her on our team!
