Congratulations to our Nationals participants this past week down in Grand Island, Nebraska. What an amazing accomplishment to be able to participate at the national level.

Addison Burke shot air riffle and finished individually at 43rd place and the MN team placed 17th.

Ethan Faber shot small bore riffle and finished individually at 60th place and the MN team placed 17th.

And a shout out to Scott Kor for coaching the small bore pistol team which placed 11th.

Today some of the air rifle team headed to Forest Lake and participated in the MN State American Legion Championship 3Par Sporter.

Overall they placed with breakdown for age bracket coming

Team took 4th Place
Individual: Ethan Faber placed 3rd, Colin Bucher 11th, Lucas Faber 12th, Torin Schroyer 25th and Tyson Faber 26th.

A huge shout out to the American Legion 6 Pipestone for sponsoring the kids in this shoot. We greatly appreciate all the support you show these kids.

At today’s meeting we awarded Ellen Brown with this years Young Achievers award.

She has been our current president for the past two years and has done an amazing job. She has a love for archery that she shares with others including her little sister. Always smiling and ready to greet whoever is at the meetings and practices.

We greatly appreciate everything you bring to the club Ellen, congratulations and a well deserved award.

What an amazing Sunday night at the annual 4H awards night for Pipestone County. There was over 75 medals earned at State Shoot this past year. WOW, way to shine up at state kids. As Coaches we can’t wait to see what this next year will bring to the program.

And additional award of Top Shot was given out to Ethan Faber. This individual is always one to volunteer, promote the club and continue to grow as individual in the sport. Congratulations Ethan, it is well deserved.
