Today some of the air rifle team headed to Forest Lake and participated in the MN State American Legion Championship 3Par Sporter.

Overall they placed with breakdown for age bracket coming

Team took 4th Place
Individual: Ethan Faber placed 3rd, Colin Bucher 11th, Lucas Faber 12th, Torin Schroyer 25th and Tyson Faber 26th.

A huge shout out to the American Legion 6 Pipestone for sponsoring the kids in this shoot. We greatly appreciate all the support you show these kids.

At today’s meeting we awarded Ellen Brown with this years Young Achievers award.

She has been our current president for the past two years and has done an amazing job. She has a love for archery that she shares with others including her little sister. Always smiling and ready to greet whoever is at the meetings and practices.

We greatly appreciate everything you bring to the club Ellen, congratulations and a well deserved award.

What an amazing Sunday night at the annual 4H awards night for Pipestone County. There was over 75 medals earned at State Shoot this past year. WOW, way to shine up at state kids. As Coaches we can’t wait to see what this next year will bring to the program.

And additional award of Top Shot was given out to Ethan Faber. This individual is always one to volunteer, promote the club and continue to grow as individual in the sport. Congratulations Ethan, it is well deserved.

Save the date! The second annual 4-H outdoor education summit will be held on Saturday, Nov. 22, at Cedar Creek Ecosystem Science Reserve in East Bethel. Come for a fun-filled day of project workshops for Cloverbuds through adult volunteers.

Yep, we are here!! Windy… wet… cold… but PIPESTONE COUNTY is STILL here!! The kids have represented our county with PRIDE, RESPECT, and DISCIPLINE!! They have battled the elements and have proven again that we are still the BEST!! Good competition, GREAT friends made across the state, relationships that carry on a lifetime!!

Good morning, and WELCOME to the Minnesota State 4-H and Wildlife Competition!! Pipestone County is being represented by some AWESOME kids again this year! Shout out to the Pipestone County American Dairy Association for keeping the kids hydrated and healthy with the donation of delicious chocolate and regular milk!!
