offers this 4 month program to community members who have or are at
risk for heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Team Up 4 Health is a program offered by the Bell County Health Department that promotes healthy living. We offer resources to our participants who have or may be at risk for diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. This is a 10 month program that offers educational classes, blood screenings, and access to health and fitness professionals all free of charge to our participants.
