📌 Important Reminder for Exhibitors & Parents
🚨 Thank You Notes REQUIRED 🚨
Exhibitors who sold animals at the Central Louisiana Junior Livestock Sale must submit thank you notes to the committee no later than April 15.
✔️ Names and mailing address were provided in a letter sent by mail.
✔️ This is a mandatory requirement.
The committee hopes to have payments issued by the end of April, but this requirement must be met first. Please submit immediately if you have not already done so.

🚨 ATTENTION LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS 🚨
Exhibitors who sold animals in the Livestock Sale — please be on the lookout for a letter arriving by mail soon. This letter will include a list of buyers for whom thank‑you cards are required.
✅ Thank‑you cards must be mailed to the address provided in the letter. We will take care of getting them to the buyers!
❗ Failure to submit all required thank‑you cards will result in your premium check being held. No exceptions!
Please take care of this promptly once you receive your letter. This is a mandatory requirement to receive your check 🐄🐖🐑

The Central LA Junior Livestock Sale is happening TOMORROW, February 7th at 6:30 PM at the Dewitt Livestock Facility on Hwy 71 South in Alexandria!
Come out and support our hardworking 4‑H Livestock Exhibitors. These young people spend all year raising, feeding, and training their animals, and your support means the world to them. 🐄🐑🐖
Let’s pack the stands and show these exhibitors how proud we are of their dedication and effort!

📣 Attention Rapides Parish Livestock Exhibitors! 🐄🐐🐖🐑
If you plan to sell your animal in the Central LA Junior Livestock Sale on Saturday, February 7th at 6:30 PM, you must complete the required sale form and turn it in to Misty Richardson at the Rapides Parish Show.
🔔 Important Reminder:
Failure to submit your form directly to Misty will result in your inability to sell in the parish sale. Please make sure this is handled the day of the parish show.
📄 Updated Information:
Be sure to review all rules carefully. The committee has implemented a commission fee, etc. this year.

These forms will be available at the parish show for anyone who needs to print or complete one.

Please see the By-Laws adopted by the Central LA Junior Livestock Sale Committee. These changes apply to the sale that is held in February .There are several important changes that have been made this year:

1. There will no longer be a district sale (District Sale of Champions). The sale will be only for Rapides Parish Exhibitors.

2. A 5% commission fee will be assessed to all animals that will be sold at the sale.

Additionally, the Rapides Parish 4H office and/or agents are no longer the contact for questions regarding the sale , exhibitor checks, etc. Please reach out to the President or Vice President .
