In May, WMWC held our annual Wine Tasting at The House Restaurant in Show Low. Both wine and whiskey were tasted along with delicious food everyone enjoyed. WMWC would like to thank all that attended and The House for their support in helping raise funds for local youth scholarships and charitable causes.

One of the key missions of White Mountain Woman's Club is to support our local community.

First Step Workshop and Thrift Shop of Holbrook was featured in a recent White Mountain Woman's Club meeting where we fundraised, heard their message and mission, and connected over volunteer opportunities with this White Mountains charitable organization.

Here's more from their director Michelle Hale:

Here is what’s happening in our support of the White Mountain Community.
At our last General Meeting in April, held at Cocina de Eva’s in Snowflake, we asked their management if they would allow our organization to install a Little Free Library kiosk on-site to help enrich the minds of our local youths.
They agreed, and we will be installing our 5th kiosk in the White Mountain area. The other four are in parks and elementary school areas in Show Low.
Our volunteers will replenish the book supplies monthly.
This is one of the many organizations the WMWC supports:
At our May General Meeting we will have the Director of Tails of Love share their story.
We support several 501c 3 organizations – consider attending a meeting and even joining us in supporting the needs of those in need of a hand up vs. a handout.
We’ve been around for over 60 years, have over 80 members who are invested in the community through scholarships and philanthropy, and have fun while doing so.

This Valentine's Day, the White Mountain Woman's Club donated twenty-five dozen cupcakes to our local veterans and first responders. The treats were delivered by the volunteers of Fishers of Men for Veterans. Thank you for your service! 🙂

Thank you - White Mountain Community for a great 2025!!!!

We want to say “thank you” to those who helped the White Mountain Woman’s Club this year. Without everyone coming together as a community we could not help those in need and scholarships for our kids, as we have been doing since 1964 – 62 years in April 2026.
