Cowboy Carter is making his way to IMPS tomorrow from Texas. This beautiful boy will be transported with . If anyone can share this post or donate a few dollars to his freedom right it would be much appreciated. For now he is sitting in the shelter! And as you know we are here at the RESCUE !
