‼️WE NEED TOWEL AND BLANKET DONATIONS‼️

We are running low on towels and blankets and could use some donations. In our brand NEW adoption center we are seeing a lot more pets in and out of our care which is making our supply of towels and blankets very low.

Please consider stopping by this weekend to visit and drop off donations of gently used towels and blankets while you are here!!! We are open Friday to Sunday from 11am - 5pm.

He is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. I can assist with transport if you are not local but willing to give this guy a forever home! 🤞🏼💙

“I want to introduce you all to this sweet older man, Cooper is his name. He is a 14 year old shihtzu mix that was dropped off at my clinic (I’m a vet tech) for euthanasia earlier this week. His owners had him since he was a puppy and he is now 14 years old and they are both in their late 80’s unable to continue giving him care. He is up to date on all vaccines, he is neutered and microchipped. He is such a sweetheart and has so much life left in him that we decided to try to find him a home and save him from being put down as he still has s***k. He eats very well, drinks, is house trained, kennel trained, does not bark or whine. He loves car rides and sitting in your lap. He would do best in a single dog only home. He is very lovey, enjoys walks, and does not shed. He has been well cared for by his owners even getting regular dental cleanings. His only health concern at this time is that he is diabetic. He does require insulin injections twice daily. But other than that he is a happy go lucky guy, looking to find a happy home to live his life and bring someone joy. We are trying to save his life so he is not euthanized, but that will be his only other option if we are unable to find him a home asap!”

On average, it costs $75-$135 per household to get families up to speed with what their dogs need to be comfortable.

We are not a non-profit so no charitable tax deduction receipts will be sent. We are a local small business who just jumped in to help our community.

Soon, our non-profit will be ready, but we are currently waiting for our 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.

As of Thursday Oct. 17 at 8pm, we have been able to help 81 families with 136 dogs (and a few cats) between them. Amazing.

I cannot put into words what I saw today. The damage Hurricane Helene has done to our community is catastrophic and my soul is broken. Our community needs help. 💔😢

Today, I had the opportunity to connect with Mayor Anne-Marie Brooks and City Manager Robin Ignacio Gomez, of Maderia Beach, to drop off some donations from Dr. Green at Pawsitive Veterinary Care and Bay Pines Bait and Tackle.

‼️Please join me in helping our community‼️

— monetary donations made to our rescue will assist with vet bills for those affected by Hurricane Helene and are in need of pet care.
