Florida has something worth keeping. 🚒🚑

Our fire departments are among the best-rated in the nation. That’s not an accident. It’s the result of years of investment in the people, equipment, training, and resources that make exceptional emergency response possible.

But maintaining that level of service requires reliable funding.

Amendment 3 would significantly reduce local property tax revenue without a plan for the funding our fire departments depend on.

We can support property tax relief without putting the quality of our emergency services at risk.

Some things are worth getting right. Public safety is one of them.

On November 3, stand with Florida’s firefighters. Vote NO on Amendment 3.

You can be FOR property tax relief and AGAINST Amendment 3. Florida's firefighters support responsible tax reform but Amendment 3 would make permanent changes to how our communities are funded without a reliable plan to sustain the emergency services Floridians count on every day. We shouldn't have to choose between the two.

Florida’s firefighters support meaningful property tax relief. We also believe Floridians deserve to understand what Amendment 3 could mean for the public safety services they rely on every day.

Every 12 seconds, firefighters and paramedics answer calls for medical emergencies, vehicle crashes, cardiac arrests, hazardous materials incidents, technical rescues, and others. Strong local funding keeps emergency response fast.

From the routine to the unthinkable, those calls won't stop coming. And as Florida continues to grow, neither will the need for emergency services.

Strong local funding keeps firefighters and paramedics ready to respond. Before we make permanent changes to how our communities are funded, we need a reliable plan to keep help coming.
