We had an awesome day at the Post as our Unit members came together to pack 81 BACKPACKS full of school supplies for local students! 🎒

Each school will also receive a big box of extra supplies for teachers to pull from throughout the year when needed. ✏️📚

Thanks to your donations, our outreach will extend to:

A huge thank you to Maryanne, Barb, Grace, Sherri, Kathy, Rita (Unit 252), Dornida, Melanie, Skylar, Pat & Pam for all the hard work today…and to everyone who donated and helped make this project possible! 🤩

As our local students head back to school, we wish them, their teachers, and school staff a wonderful first day and an amazing school year ahead!❤️

Tomorrow is our Backpack Packing Project Day! 📚🎒

Join us tomorrow at 12:00 PM as we come together to pack backpacks full of school supplies for local Pinellas County students!

Whether you donated supplies, sponsored a backpack, or simply want to lend a helping hand, we’d love to have you join us! Come spend an hour making a difference in a child’s school year! 🚌❤️

Today we were proud to stand alongside our Post family as we helped in hosting a fundraiser for one of our own…an Auxiliary member who is courageously fighting breast cancer.

The support from our community was truly heartwarming, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out, donated, volunteered, and helped make the day such a success. Your generosity and kindness are a reminder that no one in our Legion Family fights alone.

Thank you for helping us lift up one of our own during this challenging time. Together, we continue to prove the strength of our mission and what magic can happen when a family works together for a common goal. 💗

Our Unit President, Pam, and Unit Secretary, Skylar, are representing Unit 104 this weekend at the Annual American Legion Auxiliary Department of FL Workshop! ❤️

They’re looking forward to learning, networking, and bringing back valuable ideas and resources to help strengthen our Auxiliary programs and better serve our veterans, military families, youth, and community.

We can’t wait to share what we learn and put it into action. 🤩

We’re still collecting supplies through the end of July and could also use your help with our Clothes for Kids drive! 👕

Donations accepted: New or gently used everyday children’s clothing!

Sizes 3T–XXL (Pre-K through 12th Grade)‼️

*Uniforms are great but a lot of schools don’t have them so we could use some EVERYDAY type of clothes🥰

Our donation box is located at the Post next to the school supply collection box.

Every donation helps a child start the school year with confidence. Thank you for your continued support! ❤️
