Cole Foundation is dedicated to providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and nursing care worldwide to children, adult, and seniors

Local Outreach

Individual Patient Assistance Programs
Through our specific referral process we seek to provide care for those individuals who have no insurance coverage or are not fully covered by any available health care programs. This service is used only for therapeutic services that cannot be covered through another entity. We provide therapy services through independent providers for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Global

Mission trips around the world
The Cole Health family has provided mission trips to India, Ecuador, China and Guatemala; evaluating and developing a plan of care for disabled children and providing training for the caregivers; impacting the lives of the children we work with as well as the community in which they live. The mission trips are determined on an annual basis. We would love to hear from you if you have a mission project that you believe we could become involved with.

Thursday Recap! Every day, we fall more in love with the volunteers, kiddos, and caregivers! Today was filled with powerful teamwork: OTs, PTs, and STs collaborating on treatments, educating volunteers, and helping caregivers learn new strategies. So encouraged by the progress and the dedication all around! 💖
