đź’› July is Bereaved Parents Awareness Month. đź’›
Most people don’t realize this month exists, but every parent who has lost a child does.
Grief doesn’t have a season. It doesn’t only show up on birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. It’s there in the quiet moments, the empty chair, the milestones that should have been shared, and in the love that never ends.
If you know a bereaved parent, don’t be afraid to say their child’s name. Don’t worry about reminding them—they haven’t forgotten for a single moment. Speaking their child’s name reminds them that their precious life mattered and is still remembered.
To every parent carrying this unimaginable loss, I see you. Your love didn’t end when your child’s life did. It never will. ❤️
Please say their names. Share their stories. Remember them with us.
