New Mexico has experienced its first case of the New World Screwworm. Ramah Navajo community members, stay aware, regularly check on all animals including pets and livestock, treat normal wounds immediately and monitor animals until they are healed. Report any suspected infestation or wounds with maggots right away to get guidance on how to proceed to help limit the spread. See information below and click on links for additional information. We are thrilled to have hosted such a successful event tonight. Our sincerest thanks to all who came and showcased their artistic side through painting. The standard of artwork was outstanding, and we are particularly impressed by the creativity and skill evident in each piece. We hope that the evening provided a welcome opportunity for relaxation and creative expression. Once again, thank you to all participants, and we look forward to announcing future events this summer.
