Hello, my name is Tatum Brookman! I am a returning Olmsted county dairy princess! I am a second year at Northeast Iowa Community College where I am studying to get my degrees in Dairy science and Agronomy crop sciences! I still work for Ed and Sherri Twohey at the Twohey dairy in Stewartville! I also work for Dennis and Barb Mashek at Hilltop Acres farm in Calmar Iowa! Olivia, Anna, Evelyn and I are hoping to have a GREAT year with Olmsted county and we can’t wait to meet more of you!! Happy dairy month!!

Hello!!
My name is Evelyn Lemke, and this is my first year as an Olmsted County Dairy Princess!!
I am currently employed by Ed and Sherri Twohey at the Twohey dairy right outside of Stewartville, I have been working there for almost two years now doing everything from milking cows, vaccines, feeding calves, and running equipment. I enjoy every part of it and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!!
This fall I plan on attending NICC in Calmar to get my degree in Dairy science.

Did you know cows don’t have any top front teeth, instead they have a tough, leathery pad used to grip grass.
Cows also only have 32 teeth, the same amount as an adult human!!
