Pine Island Area Community Foundation The Pine Island Area Community Foundation is a permanent endowment created to benefit the people of the greater Pine Island Area.

Contributions from individuals, families, businesses, and charitable organizations build the endowment. The Pine Island Area Community Foundation (PIACF) is a permanent endowment created to benefit the people of the greater Pine Island Area. The PIACF provides a way to meet the needs and interests of the greater Pine Island area now and into the future.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving weekend, we’re grateful for the many ways our community comes together to care for one another.

This year, the Pine Island Area Community Foundation has been able to support several local projects that make a real difference:

• Helping the Pine Island Senior Center install automatic door openers on the bathroom doors
• Covering mailing costs for Pine Island Area Home Services’ fall newsletter
• Contributing to the new community mural project
• Hosting a wonderful fundraising concert with the Campion String Quartet

Your support makes all of this possible. You can give directly to PIACF (https://smifoundation.org/donations/pine-island-area-community-foundation/) or through the Pine Island United Fund.

Another meaningful way to help is by joining the “2 Percent Club”—consider designating just 2% to PIACF in your will or trust. Even a small planned gift can have a lasting positive impact on the Pine Island community.

Don’t forget — the Fundraiser Concert is tonight! 🎶
Join us at 7:30 PM at the Pine Island Methodist Church for an evening of beautiful music with the Campion String Quartet, featuring Pine Island’s own John Vettel. You’ll also enjoy work from talented local artists and authors.

Suggested donation is $20, and all proceeds support community programs. We hope to see you there for a great night of music! ❤️

The Pine Island Area Community Foundation invites you to a special Fundraiser Concert featuring the Campion String Quartet — including Pine Island native John Vettel, along with Amy Lindstrom, Maureen Howell, and John Osborn.
