The Pine Grove Co-Op proudly leases the Byrd Center and the surrounding property, working to create a welcoming space that supports programs and activities for the entire community. We serve as the leadership at the Pine Grove Community Co-Op, a growing nonprofit based in the Byrd Center. Our mission is to serve the residents of Pine Grove and surrounding communities through inclusive, practical,
and creative programming. We proudly operate a Food Pantry that supports local families, while also offering a diverse lineup of classes and events, including exercise and martial arts, senior outreach programs, jewelry and quilting workshops, art classes, and a seasonal Flea Market that brings people together in a spirit of connection and local support. As a committed community organizer, we believe in creating safe, welcoming spaces where people of all ages can come to learn, grow, and support one another. With every class we teach, meal we provide, or event we host, we work to strengthen the bonds that make Pine Grove a place we’re proud to call home.
