Today my doctor gave me a good health report & said "Thank You" to me. I asked for what? He said for all the work that I am doing as a patient advocate and through our nonprofit, Color Purple, Inc. Lupus Awareness, Support & Chronic Illness. He said he hear my name & about Color Purple, INC at least once every day from so many of his patients. He then goes on to say that his patients are better because of it & he wanted to let me know that he appreciated me. He thanked me for making a difference in Arkansas & in so many of his patients lives. I am so humbled by this! TGBTG!!

Guess what? Men GET lupus too!!!
True only a small percentage of men do get lupus, but men are diagnosed with SLE lupus, as well as the other 2 forms of lupus.
