We would like to thank the Pikeville location of Tractor Supply Co. for hosting our pop-up spay/neuter sign-ups today. They have been a great partner to PCHS over the years, and it is much appreciated.

We would also like to thank everyone that came out to today to make a difference in the Pike County pet population.

All appointments were given out today, but we hope to be back in the community soon with more sign-ups. Keep watching our page here for updates!

PCHS will be having Pop-Up Spay/Neuter Sign-Ups on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 11 am at the Pikeville location of Tractor Supply Co. 164 Lee Avenue, Pikeville, KY 41501.

There are only 35 appointments available, which will start on Tuesday, April 14.

There is a $25.00 CASH copay for each appointment with a limit of one appointment per household. Surgeries will be conducted by Central Appalachian Veterinary Clinic in South Williamson, KY.

Must be a Pike County resident. Pets must be 6 months old or older.

PCHS will be having Pop-Up Spay/Neuter Sign-Ups on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 6 pm at the Pikeville Area Family YMCA located at 424 Bob Amos Drive, Pikeville, KY 41501.

There are only 20 appointments available, which will start on Thursday, December 4 and run through the next two weeks.

There is a $25.00 CASH copay for each appointment with a limit of one appointment per household. Surgeries will be conducted by Central Appalachian Veterinary Clinic in South Williamson, KY.

PCHS will have spay/neuter sign ups on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Pikeville Farmers Market located at 130 Adams Lane in Pikeville.

There are 40 appoints available through Central Appalachian Veterinary Clinic in South Williamson, KY. There is a $25.00 CASH copay for each appointment with a limit of one per household. Must be a Pike County resident

PCHS will be at the RAM Clinic on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 11 am at East Ridge High School to provide 40 appointments for FREE spay/neuter assistance. Limit ONE appointment per Pike County household. DO NOT BRING ANIMALS TO THE EVENT!!!!

All pets must be six months old or older for surgery.
