📻 Thank You from the Pike County Amateur Radio Club! 📻

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and joined us for another great Pike County Amateur Radio Club meeting! We truly appreciate everyone who attended, participated, and helped make the evening a success.

We had a great time with our hands-on 10-meter dipole antenna build! It was awesome seeing everyone working together, learning, sharing knowledge, and enjoying what amateur radio is all about.

🎉 We also want to give a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to KR4NQS on advancing to EXTRA CLASS! That is an outstanding accomplishment and something to be very proud of!

👋 We’re also excited to welcome FOUR new members to PCARC! Our club continues to grow, and we’re thankful for everyone who is helping us build a strong amateur radio community here in Pike County.

🌐 We were also very proud to officially announce the launch of our NEW Pike County Amateur Radio Club website! This is another big step forward for PCARC and will give our members and the community a place to keep up with club information, meetings, events, repeater information, and more.

The Pike County Amateur Radio Club showed up in strength today at the Letcher County Hamfest. Several PCARC members were in attendance. Our VE Team was asked to do testing for the Hamfest and was happy to see 2 upgrades and 1 new technician adding to the ranks of Amateur Radio. We also had 6 new members join PCARC. Thanks to The Letcher County Amateur Radio Club for an outstanding event and some good ole Southern Hospitality.
