Getting your COVID-19 vaccine now comes with some added benefits.

WellCare is giving a $100 Walmart gift card to our Medicaid members - ages 6 months and up - who get vaccinated now, and we’re rewarding members with a $25 Walmart gift card if you already got your shot.

To claim your reward, all you have to do is:

Redeem your $100 Walmart gift card incentive if you get your COVID-19 vaccine or booster shot after July 1, 2021.
Redeem your $25 Walmart reward gift card if you were fully COVID-19 vaccinated before July 1, 2021,
Walmart gift cards can be used at Walmart, Sam's Club and select Murphy gas stations. Gift cards can also be used for merchandise at Walmart stores and on walmart.com.
When you get vaccinated, you are helping life get back to normal. Your friends, family and community are counting on you.
