What a wonderful time we had at the B'shsert Challah and Havdalah event on Saturday, November 23rd. A great group of new and old friends gathered at Cheryl Phillips's home to learn how to bake challah. The icebreaker game was as fun as the baking!

We are shattered to learn that six hostages who had been held in captivity in Gaza for the last 11 months were executed by Hamas, including 23-year-old Hersh Goldberg-Polin, an American citizen and grandson of Leah Polin, a beloved member of the Hadassah family. We weep for Hersh, Ori Danino, Eden Yerushalmi, Carmel G*t, Almog Sarusi and Alex Lobanov, and their families who are suffering this unbearable loss.

Hamas terrorists continue to torture and murder hostages. The international community must hold Hamas accountable and work harder than ever for the release of the remaining hostages.
