From the Town of Pike Road: Please be aware the resurfacing and repaving of Vaughn Road (Hwy. 110) from the Outer Loop to Chantilly Parkway will take place this Saturday, August 23. The Alabama Department of Transportation says they will have crews on site beginning at 5:30 a.m. working until 6:30 p.m. If you are able to avoid this area or use an alternate route, you are encouraged to do so. For those of you who live along or must travel this route, the pilot car will be guiding traffic through. We encourage you to please allow for extra travel time this weekend as delays are to be expected.
If necessary, ALDOT advises they will resume work on this portion of the project, Monday August 25, working 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. daily until completion.
Please be cautious and alert to road crews and other drivers!

For those that haven't left the neighborhood today, there's a great deal of construction work being done on Vaughn Road between the new Outer Loop and Chantilly. You can expect a 10 minute or so wait to exit and enter the neighborhood this afternoon, Please be patient and plan ahead!

Dear Bridle Brook Farms Homeowners Association Members,

This Tuesday, July 1, is the last day to apply for or submit nominations for the vacant seat on the Association's Board of Directors. Several applications and nominations have already been submitted. If you are interested in serving on the board please send your application to [email protected] no later than Tuesday, July 1, at 5:00 p.m..

The board of directors will be holding a special board meeting this Tuesday evening (July 1) at 6:30 in the clubhouse. Rob McFarland will present the list of applicants to the board. In addition, the board will discuss the Association's Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The board is considering restructuring the ARC, and inviting some of the applicants for the vacant board seat to serve on the ARC.

If you are interested in providing input or listening to the board's discussion, you are invited to join the board this Tuesday evening at 6:30.
