We know, we know... THE SNOW! What great timing for it to finally show up with just 9 DAYS before the season ends! This is just a reminder that ultimately THE LOCAL CLUB in the area is to decide whether their trails are open or not. With the unprecedented winter, MANY trail signs have been removed due to water hazards and farmers starting to work their fields. If signs have been removed, there is most likely a reason and the trail is CLOSED. Over 20,000 miles of our 22,000 miles of trails are on privately owned land, and it is in the local clubs best interest to protect that property to retain use of the land. We would like to think that should be EVERYONE's best interest.

Go out and have fun these last few days! Just please follow marked trails and check with your local clubs to know where you can ride first!

🚨ENDANGERED TRAIL ALERT🚨

Some of you know that we lost access to the trail along Centennial Drive, in the field north of the HWY 27 crossing, and the field just north of 153rd Street. This was due to riders not staying on the trail and choosing to ride down the farm road into town. We have been working with the property owners who have agreed to let us back on their property, as long as we respect it. Trails are a privilege not a right.

The blue line shown below is the snowmobile trail. We are NOT allowed to ride across the field from 1st Ave West to Centennial Drive (marked in red). If we do, we will lose all of the trail.

Please use the marked trail to get into town. The club has worked hard to get this back so let’s all do our part to respect the property owners. STAY ON THE TRAIL OR STAY HOME!

If you ride around Pierz please share this to help spread the word. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to send us a message. We hope everybody has a fun and safe riding season!
