Points for prizes are awarded only to working members. Points are awarded to ten (10) places in each event and to ten (10) places in each "D" in the "D" format events (Open 4D Barrels and Open 3D Poles). An individual participant must work at each show attended in order to receive points for that show. For family memberships, one event must be worked for each family member competing at a given show. In other words, if three family members compete, three events must be worked for that show. Each participant working for points must sign the worksheet. One person may work for another and must sign the worksheet in that fashion. Example, Jane Doe for John Doe. Seasons-end awards will be placed first through tenth in Peewee and Junior classes. Open events will be placed first through sixth in each “D.” There is a four (4) show minimum participation requirement for each event. This means a member must enter an event a minimum of four (4) times (completing the work requirement each time) to qualify for seasons-end awards in that event. Ties for final places will be broken by average fastest time. Non-members are welcome with a $10 fee per person/per show. Family membership $30 (Minors and their guardians). Individual membership $15 (Adult 18 and up). RETURNED CHECK POLICY: Returned checks must be made good by the party writing the check, member or non-member, together with the bank fee (currently $12.00). If the check has not been made good by the next show, that person or persons (if a family) will not be permitted to participate in any events and shall forfeit any points earned. Repeated instances of insufficient funds from the same party shall result in that party being placed on a "cash only" payment arrangement.
