🔨🏡 Thank You, South Dakota Office of Emergency Management Volunteers! ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to the volunteers from the South Dakota Office of Emergency Management who spent time with us last week helping complete a Home Essential Repair project in Blunt.

Thanks to your hard work and dedication, local homeowners received much-needed siding repairs that will help improve the safety, durability, and appearance of their home. Your willingness to lend a hand is making a lasting impact and helping us strengthen communities across the Oahe region.

We are grateful for your partnership and for living out the spirit of service. Together, we are building stronger homes, stronger neighborhoods, and brighter futures.

🏡 Welcome, Ann and family! Meet Our Newest Oahe Habitat Partner Family! ❤️

Hello, my name is Ann. I moved to Pierre, South Dakota, in September 2012 and have proudly called this community home ever since.

I am the proud mother of three wonderful children. My children are my greatest motivation, and everything I do is to provide them with a safe, loving, and stable environment where they can grow and thrive.

Since moving to Pierre, our family has rented our home. While we have been grateful for every place we've lived, our dream has always been to own a home of our own—a place where my children can create lasting memories, feel secure, and truly put down roots.

Being selected for this housing program is an incredible blessing and an opportunity that will change our lives. Having a home of our own means more than just owning a house; it means stability, security, and a brighter future for my children. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity and look forward to building a lifetime of memories in our new home.
