Over the past 20 years we have raised over $450,000 for organizations such as Make A Wish Foundation, Happiness Is Camping, Ronald McDonald House and LLS. Gary Larsen was one of those people who had an infectious spirit. He was a best friend, a husband and a father who inspired everyone and anyone who crossed his path. And so, when he passed away, his closest friends and family could not let Gary'
s spirit go unremembered. The idea for the Gary Larsen Bocce Classic was hatched at a family barbeque and it has grown immensely in the part 12 years. The very first tournament was held in a backyard and only had about 40 guests in attendance. Today, we welcome no less than 150 people to our bocce classic. We strive to create a sense of giving, of caring and of love, just as Gary did throughout his life. We bring people together every year to enjoy each others company, to eat, to laugh and to celebrate the life of a wonderful man; all for a fantastic cause. To this day, we have raised over $100,000 for children with cancer. We donate to charities such as Make A Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Happiness is Camping and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
