To be eligible, the following guidelines must be met by the youth applicant:
- Must be currently registered and in good standing with the Mid-America Council, Boy Scouts of America
- Must be planning to use campership funds towards one of the following:
Cub Scouts: Camp Amikaro Cub Scout Camp
Scouts BSA & Venturers: Camp Cedars
- Must be recommended by his/her unit leader (Committee Chair, Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, or Advisor) and parent/guardian.

PLEASE NOTE that camperships are NOT guaranteed. Recipients will receive notification from the Mid-America Council by April 21, 2023.

Troop

The pack is having a campout sept 9th and 10th I am wanting some help teaching the younger scouts by doing/leading one or more requirements I will have everything we need at camp please let me know if your able to come and help. Also camping is open for your scout to stay over night as well and get some nights in for camping merit badge or work on what you need for advancement. Friday night will be a fun night and also Saturday morning classes would start after lunch Saturday.

MAC Bucks can be used at the Scout Shop (both Omaha and Sioux City) as well as towards any Council event/activity costs such as summer camp, day camps, Jubilee, etc. So be sure to have all those you invite to join Scouting with you to put your name down on their application!

Had a great time leading troop 178 on a week long camping trip to camp cedars thanks to Jason Holan for also being a great leader and coming with me and helping get all the kids where they need to be.
