Andrew Coalition for Community Service, Inc. Andrew Coalition for Community Services, Inc ( ACCS) incorporated in 2004 is the vision of Bishop Henderson Wheeler.

The mission of the Andrew Coalition for Community Services, Inc. is to establish collaborations and develop and promote health and wellness programs to address the health and education disparities related to youth and senior citizens in our general population. ACCS will work to promote health and wellness programs, provide educational service to help establish good home/school relationships, promo

te educational services that increase graduation rates and decrease dropout rate among the youth, develop programs to provide the senior population the opportunity to increase their quality of life. Our goal is to collaborate with county educational institutions and various agencies to support community services.
