June reminders:
***Applications for housing will start 06/03/2026 and will go until 06/29/2026
***Annual Re-exams for June will be 06/04/2026-06/12/2026 if this is your month to renew a packet will be placed on your door. Please read the letter and bring your packet in that time frame and dates.
***Pest Control 06/17/2026 If this is your month make sure an put up your pets and have your screen doors locked.
***Filter changers are this month. They should be completed this week.

The playgrounds are officially open!!!! We are so excited we were able to purchase new playgrounds for our properties. We ask that you keep them clean, free of damage and enjoy them.

There is work being done on a water leak in our caldwell/morgan area.

Playgrounds are not currently open. The netting is up and is not to be torn down. When the construction is completed we will release this information. Allowing children on the playgrounds at this time is a safety concern. Please make sure your children are not taking the netting down and playing in this area. Areas will be patrolled more due to this issue.

May Reminders:
Applications for housing will be 05/04/2026-05/22/2026. We take these back Mo-Th until 2:00 if you have a completed application. Fri until 11:00. Applications can be printed on our website and brought in or picked up in our office Mo-Th 7:30-4:00 or Fir 7:30-12:00. All adults must be present when these are turned back in for your interview. You must also have a valid ID.

Annual Re-exams
05/05/2026-05/13/2026
If this is your month to renew a letter and packet of information will placed on your door. There are dates and times on the letter when these are to be brought back in as well as a list of documents to bring in or email.

Pest Control will be May 20-22. Remember this is MANDANTORY. If this is your month. Make sure your screen doors are unlocked and pets are locked up. You do not have to be present unless you choose to be. A letter was sent with the schedule. Please continue to do your part in keeping our apartments pest free. This can be done by maintaining housekeeping and keeping your yard/porches free of garbage as well.

Our office will be closed May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday 26th.

Reminder of the all A an all A&B honor roll changes. Your student must bring in their report card to our office. They can only bring them in up to 3 days after they receive their report card to get their gift. We can not accept them after 3 days.

Re-exam letters were posted on doors today for renewals. The end date to bring in papers is being extended to 17th due to our office closing next week 13-15 for furthering education classes.
