Just a little more fun from last meeting

Always a not to miss meeting Arts District Brewing Company As with past meetings at Arts District, Dave Dave Ziolkowski and the staff always welcome the club and treat us to a special brewery tour and this time pulled some nails and gave us some tasty mixed-ferm samples from their barrels and foedre. He also laid down some education and shared some in-depth Water Treatment processes and how it could enhance a homebrewing process.

We shared a couple of beers shared:

Blueberry Solera Graf - Cimarron Street’s Finest
Mexican Lager - Ryan Evan
Special guest homebrew - Imperial Stout with Vanilla from Billy's Tavern Homebrew

We look forward to seeing you all at the next meeting at Mexican Monk | Paramount August 20 Thursday.

Thank you for hosting us last Thursday.

This was a wildly memorable World Cup edition of a meeting. The Common Space brew crew opened up their immaculate brewery and gave us a tour that included some cool QC equipment in their lab and a canning line straight out of Magic Mountain. We got some quality tips and tricks on how they make their amazing beer. Salúd to brewer Andy for being an open book and answering all of our questions.

Special thanks to Alex for being our host, tour guide and ambassador of Ecuador. Shout out to the staff for keeping the samples Sonrisa flowing.

We’ll see everyone next month when we meet at on July 16.

Back in Bridgetown!

Thank you Aurelio, Yvette and Zeke and Lulu for opening up the brew house to us and taking the time to walk through your system and process. Being a former member, Aurelio is a great example of turning a hobby into a career. You all are making some great beer and maximizing flavor on a small system, which shows that you don’t need fancy equipment to make great beer.

The club enjoyed all of the feedback given and time you shared answering questions. Shoutout to Lulu for setting the meeting up, the kitchen staff for the amazing food and the rest of the team for the hospitality and pours of all that LP liquid gold.

Here’s the lineup of homebrews 🍻 shared:

Hazy Tiki IPA🇺🇸 -
Rustic Cider with vintage Treetop🍏 juice -
Belgian Table Bier 🇧🇪 -
Gose with Pink Himalayan Salt 🏔️ -
