Congratulations City of Pico Rivera ! You once again have a Kiwanis club!

Kiwanis is a community based organization committed to serving the local youth and community. It is comprised of local community members from educators, business owners, parents and more!

A Kiwanis club will bring:

* Local service projects
* Scholarships for the youth
* Support our growing youth from Elementary School to College
* Community Support

On July 22nd we had 18 adults become charter members to bring back Kiwanis to Pico Rivera! The group met at Shakey's and had support from neighboring Kiwanis Clubs, which included kiwanisofdowney South Gate Kiwanis Club selakiwanis Kiwanis 605 Club and Huntington Park!

Membership is open all year around to any adult looking to support and better our community!

TODAY (July 22) is when City of Pico Rivera gets a Kiwanis Club! We welcome all adults interested in bettering their community and helping our youth!

You still have time to become a charter member! Fill out our membership form and be sure to join us at Shakey's this Wednesday to make it official! We'll meet at 6pm (ordering food) and begin at 6:30pm with the business of the day! Shakey's will donate 25% of all receipts submitted to our service account!

As previously announced we will OFFICIALLY be chartering as a Kiwanis Club on Wednesday, July 22! We will be meeting at Shakey's in Pico Rivera at 6pm! It is a fundraiser to jump start our service account! The meeting will begin at 6:30pm to give everyone time to order.

Get excited! Pico Rivera Kiwanis will OFFICIALLY be back in City of Pico Rivera on July 22nd! We have reached the necessary charter membership needed to charter!

We have two (2) important meetings scheduled. One is on July 8th at the El Rancho High School Library! The other will be on July 22nd to finalized important details to charter (Location TBA)!

There's still time to become a charter member! While general membership is open all year around, charter membership only happens when a new club is created! Be sure to scan our interest form or go to linktree.com/picoriverakiwanis to fill!

We had a fun time at the City of Pico Rivera World Spirit Festival! Our kiwanisofdowney Kiwanis 605 Club South Gate Kiwanis Club crew tabled away to recruit more members for the new Pico Rivera Kiwanis Club!

All their hard work has paid off as we have obtained enough members to officially charter this month (July)! Be on the lookout for two (2) key meetings scheduled for July 8th and 22nd.

Our June informational meeting will be this Wednesday at the El Rancho High School Library (6pm)! We invite the whole Pico Rivera community to attend and learn more on how you support our Pico Rivera youth and community!
