New Beginnings Animal Shelter

New Beginnings Animal Shelter NBAS is a 501 (c) 3 no-kill rescue group working in Central Ohio to rescue, rehabilitate and place animals in stable homes.

We also educate on the responsibilities of pet ownership in an attempt to alleviate the problem of over population.

My boyfriendā€™s mom/auntā€™s kitty BooBoo/Melvin (as some of us call her) went missing either late last night or this morning. She is very loved and we would all love to see her come home. Her food/water dish are outside and we all have looked around the neighborhood/drove about. Weā€™re not sure how she escaped. She is chipped if anyone comes across her. She is not wearing a collar currently as she broke the one she had off. Please keep an eye out for this sweet girl! She is very friendly, but Iā€™m not sure if she will willingly approach anyone but us. Thank you for looking out!"

šŸ’¬ Owner's Message: "Please help us find our sweet cat, Oliver! Heā€™s an indoor/outdoor cat, and heā€™s microchipped. He normally wears a light-up, fluorescent-yellow collar with an Apple AirTag and a purple I.D. tag on it with his name and a phone number on it, but we found his collar on the bike/walking path behind our hse Sunday evening. The AirTag was still on it, but his I.D. tag was missing. Please help us find him. We love and miss him, and weā€™re so worried about him! "

UPDATE: REUNITED!! this pet is home safe & sound after 2 hours, 15 minutes :)

Message from Finder: "I tried to take him home but the owners did not answer the door. I will hold him for 2 hours before trying again then will take him to the shelter"
