C-CATS C-CATS, Clemson’s Challenge for Academically Talented Students, helps you gain a competitive edge as you prepare for college.

Participants eligible to attend the C-CATS program are nominated by their guidance counselor. Guidance counselors will receive a letter detailed with nomination instructions a few months prior to the first session start date.

We were truly grateful for the overwhelming response when C-CATS registration opened this morning.
All middle school sessions were filled within a few minutes due to the limited number of available spots. We understand how disappointing that can be, and we are actively exploring ways to add additional sessions.
For our high school sessions, there is still some limited availability, but spots are filling quickly, so don’t delay.
Thank you so much for your interest and enthusiasm for this program. We will be in touch with those on the waitlist as openings become available, as it is our hope to serve each of you. We appreciate your patience and support.
