🌠Help Bring a Safe Haven Baby Box to Pearl River County!
Our Leadership Pearl River County class has chosen a wonderful class project and we are excited to finally be able to share all of the details.
The Leadership Pearl River County Class of 2026, in partnership with the Caring for America Committee, is working to raise funds to install a Safe Haven Baby Box in Picayune — a secure, anonymous option for a mother in crisis to safely surrender her newborn in accordance with Mississippi’s Safe Haven Law.
While we pray this resource is never needed, having one in our community ensures that every possible safeguard exists for vulnerable infants.
💛 Every dollar raised will be matched dollar-for-dollar thanks to the generosity of a local Picayune company CEO — doubling the impact of every donation.
