The krewe’s Kids’ Shoebox Float Crafting event today at the Crosby library was a terrific event! Kids, parents and grandparents built beautiful and imaginative shoebox floats!
They were adorned with ribbons, little animals, jewels and bling!
The gracious owner of Nell’s Sweets and Treats was the judge for the the winners!
First place went to Max, Second place went to Roc, and most imaginative float went to Josie!

Much thanks and appreciation to Ray Rivero, Pat Pearson, Becky Jarrell, Suzy Dyle-Thompson, Tim and Marie Maywalt, and Christy Knee for all their help for this event, and to all the parents and grandparents who brought their children for an afternoon of creative fun! 🎨🖌️⚜️🧵
