🏀 Opening Day is Here! 🏀

Today marks the start of the 31st season of PAPA Summer Youth Basketball League! For more than three decades, this league has provided local youth with opportunities to learn the game, build friendships, develop confidence, and create lasting memories both on and off the court.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our players, families, volunteers, sponsors, and especially our dedicated coaches who generously give their time and energy each summer. Your continued support has helped make this program a Phoenixville tradition for 31 years, and we couldn't do it without you.

Good luck to all our teams this season, we can't wait to see another summer filled with teamwork, sportsmanship, and community pride. Let's play ball!

We are currently in urgent need of volunteer coaches for this year’s 2026 Summer Basketball League. In order to provide a fun and successful season for our players, we are looking for coaches across all three age groups.

At this time, if we are unable to fill these coaching positions, we unfortunately may not be able to run the league and would need to issue refunds to registered families.

Because of this uncertainty, we are moving this Saturday’s tryouts to Monday, June 1 at the Phoenixville Rec Center. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled bracket time for check-in and registration.

This league depends entirely on the support of our volunteer coaches. If you, or someone you know, has basketball experience or simply a love for the game and working with kids, we would greatly appreciate the help.
