As we celebrate , we are highlighting a powerful way to make an immediate, local impact: Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs).

DAFs are essentially charitable savings accounts—money you’ve already set aside with the intention of doing good. Today, the national DAF Day movement is all about taking those funds off the sidelines and putting them to work directly in our communities. What a difference a day of service can make! Last week, more than 50 Walmart employees joined us at Dress for Success Arizona for an incredible day of volunteering. In just two hours, this dedicated team completed a full inventory count of our warehouse, boutique and backstock areas, accomplishing what typically takes our staff four days to complete!

We are incredibly grateful for Walmart’s long-standing support of our mission and for the time, energy and heart their team continues to invest in our organization and the community we serve.

Thank you, Walmart, for showing up and making such a meaningful impact. We’re so grateful to have you as a partner!

We’re excited to see our CEO, Tamala McBath, featured on the Season 5 premiere of It Happens at STN!

Today, our Dress for Success Arizona team had the opportunity to roll up our sleeves and serve alongside USAA and the community as part of the nation’s largest annual day of service commemorating 9/11.

In just two hours, volunteers packed, sealed and boxed thousands of meals that will be donated to local Arizona food banks, contributing to the 70,000 meals packaged through USAA’s local effort.

We’re incredibly grateful to USAA, not only for being a valued partner to Dress for Success Arizona, but for its commitment to supporting charitable initiatives like this one locally, regionally and nationally.

As nonprofits, we know that meaningful change doesn’t happen in isolation. When organizations show up for one another, support each other’s missions and bring people together around a shared purpose, the collective impact can be enormous.

We’re proud to have been part of this effort and grateful for the opportunity to serve our community alongside so many people committed to making a difference.

If you’re an emerging leader ready to build your confidence, strengthen your leadership skills and become more intentional in how you show up at work, The 1 Reset Leadership Program was created for you.

Applications are now open for Cohort #5 of The Reset, a leadership development experience from Dress for Success Arizona designed to give women practical tools they can use to navigate pressure, make better decisions, communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries and lead with intention.

After four cohorts and 36 women, participants have walked away with greater confidence, a clearer understanding of their leadership style and practical tools for handling challenges, making decisions and leading more effectively.

The Reset is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, invest in your growth and develop skills that can make a meaningful difference in how you lead at work and in life.

For many emerging leaders, professional development is most impactful when it’s supported by the organizations they work for. The Reset offers a meaningful opportunity for both individual growth and professional development.
