We’re deeply grateful for our incredible staff and volunteers who generously give their time, talents, and hearts to make Igniting Hearts possible. Much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but their service has helped create a place where so many have encountered Christ through the Theology of the Body.

God gave marriage first as a sign of something much greater.

Marriage is the promise.

Christ’s union with the Church is the fulfillment.

Every sacrament, every vocation, and every longing of the human heart ultimately points to the same destination: union and communion with God.

Our bodies speak a language.

A language of self-giving love.

The Mass is where that language is spoken perfectly.

Every Eucharist is Christ giving His Body for us-and inviting us into the union and communion our hearts were made for.

Theology of the Body ultimately leads us here: to the altar.

What if the Mass is revealing what your heart has been longing for all along?

Over the past two weeks, we’ve discovered that marriage, the sacraments, and the liturgy all reveal Gods longing to be united to His people. Every vocation, every sincere gift of self points us toward our ultimate fulfillment: eternal communion with Christ.

Every great story has a satisfying ending. So does yours.

The deepest desires of the human heart point beyond this world to the One who alone can satisfy them. Heaven is not an escape from our humanity, but its perfection. We were created for eternal communion with God and one another.

You were made for this.

It’s always great to hear how Michael proposed to his wife with the words of Song of Songs (2:10). 💍

And a great example of how the love between husband and wife is a visible sign of an even greater love: the divine bridegroom’s call for each of us to be united with him in this life and in the next!

Can a wounded heart be made whole again?

One of the greatest lies we can believe is that we are forever defined by our wounds. But St. John Paul II reminds us that Christ came not merely to improve our behavior, but to restore the human heart.

Redemption begins when we allow Christ to enter the deepest places of our lives through the gift of the Holy Spirit. By His grace, He forms us in virtue, self-mastery, and true freedom—not the freedom to do whatever we want, but the freedom to truly love.

A divided heart can become whole again.

A wounded heart can become pure again.

Christ’s redemption restores the human heart.
