Arizona courts have decided tree-related cases dating back more than 100 years. The diverse subject matter has included nuisance, adverse possession, appraisal, and landowner liability. This talk presents a sampling of cases decided by the Arizona Supreme Court and the Arizona Courts of Appeal. Learn about past decisions that can help navigate conflict arising from tree!

in a meeting last night, our county attorney office community liaison reminded us now that school has started folks needed to remind kids this is a crime. apparently photos are being taken in the school bathrooms, over and under partitions, in stalls or other places totally inappropriate. they are then uploaded on social media as a joke. please remind kids anything posted is forever and it is a crime to post these kind of photos. thanks to MCAO's andrew knight for the reminder to pass on.

GardenPHX applications are now open and will be accepted on a rolling basis until October 9! 🪴
Eligible residents can apply to receive a free outdoor LEHR garden with materials and training included at no cost. Residents must meet income requirements, and live within identified City of Phoenix census tracts in Estrella and Maryvale.
If Phoenix residents do not qualify and are interested in learning about gardening they can register for free garden classes with the City of Phoenix Office of Environmental Programs.
