We’re excited to share that we have received final approval to begin construction on Salamanca Square, a new 192-unit affordable housing community that will provide safe, stable homes for families earning at or below 60% of the area median income. Construction is expected to begin this fall.

Developed in partnership with the Alhambra Elementary School District, Salamanca Square will transform underutilized land into a family-centered community with housing options ranging from one to four bedrooms. Together, we're creating pathways to stability, strengthening neighborhoods, and helping more families build brighter futures.

Over the last three years, our investments have already generated meaningful change. Not only have we renovated indoor and outdoor common areas, but we've also expanded our capacity to serve larger families by converting 30% of shelter rooms into larger accommodations.

These improvements are already changing lives every day on our campus. And with our Capital Campaign nearing completion, even more transformational changes are on the horizon.
