Tonight, we were given the incredible grace and privilege of coming together to honor and remember the Code Talkers—their service, their sacrifice, and the lasting contribution they made to our nation and to military history.

The ceremony was beautiful, meaningful, and carried with the dignity these remarkable men deserve. We are deeply honored to have had the opportunity to acknowledge their courage and commemorate a legacy that must never be forgotten.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us, participated in the ceremony, and stood with us in remembrance and respect. Your presence helped make the evening truly special.

From all of us at The American Legion Luke-Greenway Post #1, thank you for helping us preserve their story, honor their sacrifice, and ensure that future generations understand the extraordinary service of the Code Talkers.

Join us at American Legion Luke Greenway Post #1 as we come together in honor and remembrance of the Indigenous Code Talkers, whose courage, sacrifice, and extraordinary service played an invaluable role in our nation’s military history.

The ceremony will include the presentation of the Honor Guard, guest speakers, and the placement of a memorial wreath as we pay tribute to these remarkable servicemembers and the legacy they left behind.

Their languages became a vital line of communication. Their dedication helped protect countless lives. Their service to country and humanity deserves to be remembered.
