Athleticism isn’t built standing still. ⚡️

Lateral hurdle jump into a box jump followed by a controlled depth drop. Teaching athletes how to move explosively, absorb force, and stay balanced through every phase of movement.

Power. Coordination. Control.

That’s athletic development. 🔥

Different drills. Same game speed.

Athletes had to react instantly, change direction on command, and compete every rep at full speed. Because in sports, nothing stays predictable for long.

Train the skill, not just the drill. 🔥

Today we pause training to honor something bigger than sports 🇺🇸

At Redline Athletics, we talk a lot about discipline, sacrifice, toughness, and commitment.

Today we recognize the men and women who embodied those qualities at the highest level and gave everything for our country.

Because of their sacrifice, we have the opportunity to compete, train, grow, and chase our goals every day.

We remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to this nation. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten ❤️🤍💙

Ages 7-18 • Week-long camps June & July.

9 AM - 3 PM • Drop-off 8:30 AM • Extended day available.

Members:$270/wk • Non-members:$300/wk • Drop-in:$75/day.
