As some of you may know, our very own bartender, Kris, is going through some health issues. Some friends of his set up this fundraiser for him. Please donate if you are so inclined. He'll be back behind the bar soon.

Our dear Kris Burgert needs our support right now. Kris has always been there for us, and it's time for us to return the favor. By coming together, we can help Kris through these challenging times. Kris is having heart health issues; he needs to have a cardiac ablation done to remove the blockages.

Join us at American Legion Luke Greenway Post #1 as we come together in honor and remembrance of the Indigenous Code Talkers, whose courage, sacrifice, and extraordinary service played an invaluable role in our nation’s military history.

The ceremony will include the presentation of the Honor Guard, guest speakers, and the placement of a memorial wreath as we pay tribute to these remarkable servicemembers and the legacy they left behind.

Their languages became a vital line of communication. Their dedication helped protect countless lives. Their service to country and humanity deserves to be remembered.
