A huge thank-you to Phoenix Active 2030 Club for taking 80 local kids back-to-school shopping at Kohl’s! Year after year, this incredible organization continues this meaningful tradition, helping children begin the school year feeling confident, prepared, and excited.

In Arizona, an estimated 291,000 children experienced food insecurity, meaning they didn’t always have reliable access to enough food.

At , healthy meals and snacks are part of how we care for youth & teens. In our latest year, we provided 727,714 nutritious meals and snacks, and 96% of parents said they’re satisfied with the meals and healthy snacks their children receive at the Club.

Our teens took Arizona's story to Capitol Hill!

Four outstanding teen leaders from our Sands Branch represented at the 2026 Summit for America's Youth in Washington, D.C.

Throughout the week, they strengthened their leadership skills, connected with peers from across the country, and met with Arizona's congressional delegation to advocate for opportunities that help young people succeed.

Their personal stories highlighted the impact Boys & Girls Clubs have on youth, families, and communities every day. We're incredibly proud of these young leaders for using their voices to create positive change and represent Arizona on the national stage.
