🐾 Meet Tank — and he needs our help!
Tank is a 12-year-old, 50-pound bundle of joy who has been his owner's loyal companion for 11 years. Despite a growing mass on his hip, Tank is still happy, active, and showing no signs of pain — and his family wants to keep it that way.
The mass — a soft, rounded swelling that has been slowly growing over the past year — was recently examined by a vet who suspects it could be a fatty tumor. Due to its size, they recommended evaluation at a full-service clinic or by a surgeon for a proper diagnosis and next steps.
Tank's owner is doing everything they can for him. They have their own transportation, a friend ready to help get Tank to an appointment, and a genuine willingness to contribute to his care once they get back on their feet. But right now, a recent layoff has them juggling job searching and basic expenses, and advanced vet care simply isn't possible without help. They reached out to us, and we are not going to let Tank down.
